Hazelnuts
Everybody knows the hazelnut plant and his tasty fruit, both raw than toasted. It is produced throughout the Mediterranean zone: the biggest producers are Turkey and Italy. A good one we can found also in European Georgia. The calibre is measured on the diameter of the fruit in millimetre: 9-11, 11-13, 13-15. The hazelnuts contain a good quantity of iron and can add the anaemic people. They are often proposed like in ground, grain and others possibilities.
